About

Sarah Bianchi founded Relationship Matters in 2023 and is a trusted mental health and wellness consultant to those who carry responsibility whether building a company, leading a congregation, or stewarding a family legacy across generations..

With over twenty years of experience, Sarah brings a rare combination of psychological depth, spiritual grounding, and cross-cultural fluency to her work. She has walked alongside corporate executives, ministry leaders, and families navigating the complex terrain of relationships, identity, and personal transformation. Her background includes chaplaincy work in San Diego and pastoral counseling and organizational consulting across communities, churches, and ministries around the world. She is trained in the Bridges Transition Model, emotional intelligence (EQ), and compassion fatigue, and brings this training into her work with individuals and the organizations they lead.

Now based in Stellenbosch, South Africa, Sarah offers private, high-touch care through individual, couple, and group sessions tailored to those whose lives demand both excellence and inner resilience. She also provides consulting and coaching for teams and organizations, helping leaders and the people around them navigate change, build resilience, and strengthen how they work together. Her approach is holistic and person-centered, drawing on clinical insight, faith, and lived experience to help people not just cope, but genuinely thrive.

Sarah lives in Stellenbosch with her husband Jeff and their four children.
